The Indiana PTA web site at indianapta.org is a service of Indiana PTA in the advancement of its nonprofit and tax-exempt status. Unless otherwise noted, PTAs may reproduce and distribute the materials from the Indiana PTA web site for PTA use without express written permission. Indiana PTA materials may not be duplicated by any other association or person without written permission. The Indiana PTA will not give out any personal information to any other association. All information is solely for the use of the Indiana PTA. Indiana PTA takes very seriously its responsibility to keep the personal information of its members confidential. Pictures of people being used on the web site will not be identified with a full name, address or city, unless written permission has been given. The Indiana PTA may disclose personal information when required to do so by law when such action is necessary to comply with legal process served on the Indiana PTA. The Indiana PTA will protect and defend the rights and property of the Indiana PTA and protect the personal safety of the users of the www.indianapta.org. We reserve the right to contact the appropriate authorities at our discretion when visitors’ activities appear to be illegal or inconsistent with our policies.
